Gentle Yoga Class - Fridays
10 to 11:30 a.m.
(5 classes $75 - pre-register, space is limited)

This is a Yoga class that moves slowly, addressing each student's concerns with care and encouragement.

This is a Yoga class that begins with gentle warm-up stretches and ends with a 10 minute guided deep relaxation.

Do you know someone who is 50 or 60 or 70 and wants to be stronger, more flexible and improve their balance?

This is a Yoga class that will support each student and show them how to safely grow their sense of well-being and health.


At Yoga for Health, the practice of Yoga is not about what you look like on the outside, but creating the feeling tone inside the body and mind that brings us back to the unchanging essence of who we are.  With full breaths we look for the balance of softened strength that allows for natural movement toward the perfect place inside at that moment.
